Can I book for groups or for more than one week?

Any requests for personalized estimates for the booking of two, four or six rooms or for periods of over one week can be sent to info@miloft.com

When is the reception desk open?

Structures such as ours do not foresee a 24 hour reception desk. However we will be present to welcome our guests and we will be available to give you all the information you need to facilitate your stay on weekdays Monday to Friday 9:00 – 13:00 14:00 – 18.00. An emergency number is available 24 hours a day.

What are check-in times?

- Check-in is Monday to Friday from 14:00 – 18:00, with prior notice to better organize your stay. On request you can check-in between 9:00 and 13:00 at no extra cost and you will be allowed to leave your luggage on our premises but we cannot guarantee availability of the room until 14:00.
- Any other times (anyway not before 9.00 or later than 22.00 ) Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance and will involve a charge of 35 Euros per room on Saturdays. It is useful to let us have full details of the flight so we can check up on any flight delays.
- If we are not contacted by 18.00 check in will no longer be possible and the booking will be considered a no show. If you have sent us your flight details in advance we will be able to check if there are any delays on the flight and if so we will certainly find a solution.             

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, via credit card pre authorization, valid until midnight of the first working day after the check-out date, to allow our staff to check the condition of the room.

Is breakfast provided? Is it included in the price?

Yes “Breakfast +39 02” is an exclusive service offered by miLoft and is included in the price of the room only for direct bookings (our website or front desk). For all the other bookings, it can be requested as an extra at the cost of € 8 per person per day. It consists of the traditional Milan cappuccino and a fresh daily croissant. In addition a ham focaccia bread and a freshly squeezed orange juice or fruit juice served in your room at the time of your choice between 8:00 and 11:00 for one or both guests. It must however be specifically requested by the guest (after the confirmation of the booking, during the check-in, during reception desk hours or by email by 8 p.m.of the previous day). To avoid disturbing our guests the service will not be effected unless it is specifically requested. If you prefer you can have breakfast directly at the bar which is 100 metres away from our premises. When you check in each guest will be given a Miloft Breakfast Card which is to be given to the supplier of the service whether it is in your room or at the bar. Unused cards are not reimbursable and are to be returned when you check out.

Can an extra bed or cot be added to the room?

No, the rooms can only accommodate a maximum of two people (minimum 14 years old) hence no extra beds or cots are available.

Can I bring a pet?

No, given the specifics of our premises, we prefer not to allow pets, not even small ones.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Absolutely not. The rooms and the common areas are all strictly no smoking. Heavy administrative penalties will be applied if this rule is broken as we will be obliged to sanitize all the soft furnishings on the premises. There is a smoking area equipped with ashtrays on the terrace near the entrance.

What are check out times?

Check-out must be effected between 9:00 and 11:00 from Monday to Friday, not to be delayed. On Sundays late check-out option at 20h that must be previously authorized with a surcharge that will be applied. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays or before 9 a.m. you can use our check-out express system leaving your keys (and any unused miLoft Breakfast cards) in a special box. Check out with a member of staff present outside normal weekday hours, when possible, must be previously authorized and will involve a charge of 35 Euros per room on Saturdays, on Sundays and public holidays.

Can I leave my luggage on the premises?

We do not have a designated room for this but you can leave your luggage in the reception area free of charge. The suitcases will not be attended and miLoft (Brain s.r.l.) declines all responsibility for any damage to them. The luggage must be collected before 18:00 on the same day you check out.

Can I change a booking?

The bookings cannot be changed or reimbursed. Only the name of the guest can be changed at a cost of 15 Euros per name change. Miloft must receive an email with this request and a copy of the new guest’s ID document at least 24 hours before the guest’s arrival.
